Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Specialist supports Savers' vision by managing complex employee relations matters across U.S. and Canadian operations, conducting investigations, handling workplace accommodations, and assisting with external legal claims. The role ensures timely, compliant case handling, maintains accurate documentation, and provides coaching to field leaders, with a primary focus on Eastern Canada and fluency in both English and French.
