Employee Relations Specialist

The National Wildlife Federation is seeking an employee relations practitioner to manage employee issues proactively and reactively, partnering with staff, managers, and senior leaders. The role supports employee experience programs such as onboarding, performance evaluation, and engagement, and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, Equity Inclusion & Belonging, Learning & Development, and Compliance & Total Rewards.
