Employee Relations/Labor Relations Partner

The Employee Relations/Labor Relations Partner advises managers and HR Business Partners on employee and labor relations matters, conducts investigations, and supports collective bargaining and accommodation processes. The role works collaboratively with the Employee and Labor Relations Center of Excellence and the Office of General Counsel to address workplace issues and improve staff engagement.
