Supervisor, Employee and Labor Relations

The Supervisor of Employee and Labor Relations at Howard County Public School System provides expert guidance and consultation on workplace issues, policies, and collective bargaining matters. Reporting to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations, the role serves as a subject matter expert in employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, and EEO compliance. The position also supports system-wide implementation of federal and state employment laws and Board policies and serves as Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
