Employee Support & Staffing Coordinator

KU Children's Services is seeking a Casual Employee Support & Staffing Coordinator to proactively source and coordinate casual employees, fill vacant shifts, and support services with staffing enquiries. This hybrid role involves working closely with casual employees, Directors, and service teams to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining engagement with the casual workforce. The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
