Employee Support & Staffing Coordinator

KU Children's Services is seeking a Casual Employee Support & Staffing Coordinator to proactively source and coordinate casual employees, fill vacant shifts, and support service teams with staffing needs. This hybrid role involves workforce coordination, customer service, and problem-solving to ensure staffing requirements are met while maintaining engagement with the casual workforce. The position requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts and collaborate with Directors and service teams to secure high-quality education and care staffing.
