Employer Relations Coordinator, Lead

The Lead Employer Relations Coordinator leads and supports the campus recruiting program under the supervision of the Associate Director of Employer Relations. This role develops new connections for internships, co-operative education, and career jobs while creating career programs, fairs, and panels to support job search skills for students and alumni. The position maintains center-wide responsibility for assessing and improving effectiveness in relationships with recruiters and manages initiatives related to student outreach and engagement.
