Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employer engagement strategies to expand job opportunities for clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective employers, resource persons, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct and deliver presentations to employers and employer groups in support of client marketing activities.
• Directly market clients with low skills and language levels, including youth and women with career gaps, to organizations to secure short-term unpaid placements.
• Prepare and match clients in the basic and essential streams with mentors and assist clients facing significant barriers by directly marketing them to employers to secure paid placements.
