Employment Consultant

AtWork! is seeking a full-time Employment Consultant to join their Disability Services team, working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop personalized career plans and coordinate community employment opportunities. The role involves assessing skills, building relationships with local businesses, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful job placement and retention. Employment Consultants will also facilitate training, troubleshoot workplace issues, and maintain detailed case documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
