Employment Consultant

AtWork! is seeking a full-time Employment Consultant to join its Disability Services team, working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop personalized career plans and coordinate community employment opportunities. The role involves assessing individual skills, building relationships with local businesses, and providing job coaching and training to ensure successful employment and career growth. Employment Consultants will also facilitate community engagement, troubleshoot workplace issues, and maintain detailed case documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
