Employment Specialist

As an Employment Specialist, you will support individuals with disabilities by pursuing job placements, providing on-site coaching, and acting as a liaison between clients, families, and employers. This role involves facilitating initial employment, negotiating employment issues, and assisting with transition to follow-along services within Central Florida. You will also educate employers on disability awareness and manage necessary documentation to ensure client retention and success.
