Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist works collaboratively to transition youth in foster homes into trauma-informed, career-ready individuals through career readiness workshops, one-on-one sessions, and community partnership development. This full-time role involves providing consistent employment-focused engagements, facilitating workshops, and maintaining accurate client records to support service delivery and compliance. The position requires building strong relationships with youth to help them achieve their vocational and employment goals while meeting quarterly job placement targets.
