COMHAR
The Employment Support Specialist works within COMHAR’s Day Program and with community businesses to promote competitive integrated employment for adults with disabilities. This role provides individualized opportunities to enhance employment skills, identify career interests, and maintain work through a person-centered approach. The position focuses on delivering quality services including on-the-job training, job development, and assessments that foster independence and community integration.
