EMS Dispatcher

The EMS Dispatcher is responsible for the prompt notification and activation of EMS system resources for emergent and non-emergent transportation within the Bristol Health EMS service area. This role facilitates continuous patient throughput by acting as a liaison between EMS agencies, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient patient placement and care delivery. The position requires applying clinical and industry knowledge to triage patient needs and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
