About this role

This role leads the creation and management of a robust preventive maintenance (PM) program using MaintainX or a CMMS system to maximize asset reliability across the facility. The position serves as a liaison between operations and maintenance, coordinating labor, parts, and scheduling to improve productivity, quality, and infrastructure longevity. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for training technicians, ensuring ISO/SQF compliance, and analyzing maintenance records to drive continuous improvement.
