Maintenance Planner

This role involves building and managing maintenance planning processes from the ground up at Techo-Bloc's facilities, utilizing the Microsoft D365 Asset Management system to ensure all maintenance jobs are fully prepared, scheduled, and recorded. The position focuses on converting maintenance requests into detailed work orders, coordinating parts and labor, and supporting the weekly scheduling process to maximize technician efficiency. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, experience with CMMS/ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to maintain accurate asset records and drive reliability improvements.
