Okanagan Specialty Fruits (OSF) is a vertically integrated horticulture and biotechnology company that develops, grows, processes, and markets novel tree-fruit varieties using bioengineering. The company is best known for its Arctic® non‑browning apples, engineered to reduce enzymatic browning and extend shelf life. OSF works across the supply chain—from breeding and propagation to processing and commercialization—to deliver varieties that benefit growers, retailers, and consumers. Their stated vision is to introduce commercially viable fruit varieties that improve quality, reduce waste, and add value for all stakeholders.
