Energy Management Control System (EMCS) Manager

This role is responsible for managing and operating Lubbock County’s computerized Energy Management Control System (EMCS) to optimize energy efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining occupant comfort. The position involves overseeing a large control network, programming HVAC/R Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and serving as a subject matter expert for construction and maintenance projects. The incumbent will also coordinate contractor work, participate in an on-call schedule, and assist in developing operational and capital improvement budgets.
