Engagement and Belonging Coordinator

The Engagement and Belonging Coordinator collaborates with stakeholders to coordinate activities, events, and trainings that promote a sense of belonging within the organization. The role creates inclusive practices for all girls, volunteers, staff, and members while providing oversight for diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, and racial justice programming functions. This position supports the development of programs that advance cultural competency and identity development for Girl Scouts and staff.
