Engagement Counselor

The Engagement Counselor welcomes clients to the main drop-in center, greeting youth visitors and assisting them in accessing essential services such as food, laundry, showers, and case management. This role involves monitoring client well-being, providing crisis intervention, and facilitating workshops to help youth develop life skills and build community. The position requires engaging with a diverse population, maintaining facility safety, and supporting the continuum of care through collaboration with internal and external resources.
