Engagement Counselor

Eliot's Homeless Services Division is seeking a dedicated Engagement Counselor to join the PATH Team, providing outreach, case management, and clinical services to adults experiencing homelessness with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The role involves street outreach, crisis intervention, and facilitating connections to housing, treatment, and other essential resources. This position supports individuals through a client-centered, harm-reduction, and Housing First framework.
