Engagement Manager

Workday is seeking Engagement Managers to join its ANZ Engagement Management team, supporting enterprise customers across Australia. This role involves owning the overall success of customer engagements post-sale by acting as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer satisfaction. The position requires leading multiple concurrent engagements and partnering with consultants and customer executives to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget deployments.
