The Engineer II, Quality Analytics & Platform Insights provides analytics, quality engineering, reporting, and observability capabilities to support data‑driven improvements across advisor, financial service professional, and customer experiences. The role partners with Contact Channel Management, Agent Experience, Platform Engineering, Operations, and Servicing Technology teams to transform interaction data and platform telemetry into actionable insights that enhance operational performance and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

Develop analytics and reporting solutions across contact‑center platforms
Build dashboards and automated reports to provide advisor and platform insights
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and improve reporting capabilities
Analyze interaction analytics and telemetry to identify trends and risks
Support issue triage and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
