About this role
The Engineering Associate Director, Device Assembly will lead and grow the engineering organization supporting device assembly, packaging, and related automated manufacturing systems at Lilly’s new Kenosha site. The role focuses on staffing, training and providing technical leadership through commissioning, qualification, validation and startup of packaging lines, and then supporting day-to-day engineering operations and short-term planning. The position also serves as a functional engineering lead interfacing with cross-functional teams and regulatory activities.
