Engineering Change Officer

The Engineering Change Officer manages the engineering change process for the DDG Combat System Upgrade, ensuring all proposed design, specification, and configuration changes are correctly captured, assessed, approved, and incorporated into the program's baseline documentation. This role involves administering the change process, coordinating Change Control Board activities, and assessing proposed changes for their impact on performance, cost, and schedule. The position requires maintaining configuration status accounting records and supporting key milestone reviews to ensure program integrity.
