Reynolds Consumer Products
The Engineering Development Program is a two-year rotational opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and develop technical, professional, and leadership skills. Participants will complete four six-month assignments across two or more plant locations, working alongside seasoned engineers on automation, R&D, quality control, and continuous improvement projects. The program provides strong leadership, daily coaching, and regular mentoring to prepare emerging engineers for long-term career success.
