About this role
The Engineering Graduate Programme is a four-year rotational development scheme at Hitachi Rail designed to develop the next generation of technical experts, specialists and leaders in the UK rail sector. Participants complete multiple placements across sites and business areas to gain experience across the full engineering lifecycle while being supported by the Engineering Leadership team.
