About this role

Ocado Group’s Software Engineering Graduate Programme is a two-year, fixed-term rotational scheme starting in September 2026 that gives graduates hands-on experience across multiple technology areas including bot software, eCommerce, fulfilment systems, and data. Participants complete four six-month placements within the Ocado Technology division, receive a personalised learning journey and development opportunities, and are positioned for a long-term career within the business. The role is hybrid with placements based in Hatfield, Welwyn, and London and requires the right to work in the UK for the programme duration.
