Ocado Group is a global technology business that builds and supplies proprietary software, robotics and automation systems to transform ecommerce, fulfilment and logistics for online grocery and distribution. Its Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) combines automated warehouses, fleet routing, AI and computer vision with order management and fulfillment orchestration to power customer fulfilment centres and omnichannel retail. Ocado licences its integrated hardware‑and‑software solution and partners with retailers worldwide to scale online grocery operations, improve efficiency and enhance the customer proposition. The company focuses on engineering‑led innovation rather than traditional retailing, commercialising its technology across multiple markets.
