AppViewX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building enterprise-grade AI security, governance, and agent management platforms. This role combines strong engineering leadership with technical expertise in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI-native products. The successful candidate will drive architectural decisions, foster engineering excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions for Fortune 1000 customers.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 15 to 30 software engineers and technical leads
Drive architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade AI security platforms
Establish secure AI development practices and governance controls
Define SLOs and champion operational excellence through SRE best practices
Communicate technical vision and risks to executive leadership
