Engineering Manager, GTM Engineering

This role leads the engineering organization responsible for Brex’s GTM engineering surfaces, including Brex.com, GTM applications, and top-of-funnel growth systems. The position focuses on building scalable, AI-native solutions to improve sales and marketing efficiency, reduce CAC, and drive measurable revenue impact while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The role is based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, or Vancouver and operates in a hybrid work model.
