The Manager of Onboard Software Test will lead the design, build, and scaling of automated test suites for Wayve's internal production fleet to ensure software reliability, performance, and safety on autonomous vehicle platforms. The role supports data gathering and model experimentation by embedding automated testing into development workflows and defining a roadmap for safe, scalable operations. The manager will collaborate across Vehicle Software, Inference, AV Stack, and Reliability Engineering to align testing strategy with product and engineering goals.
