Engineering Manager Operations Readiness

The Engineering Manager for Operations Readiness leads the Trion Surface Engineering team through startup preparation, first oil, and early field life. This role is accountable for developing, executing, and assuring all activities required to establish in-country Surface Engineering capability to support Trion production operations. The position involves establishing engineering procedures, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and building strong relationships with international engineering and corporate functions to align with corporate standards.
