Engineering Manager

This role leads complex capital investment projects in the multi-million-euro range, overseeing the entire lifecycle from feasibility assessment and business case development through execution, commissioning, and handover. The position involves managing project scope, budget, timing, and risks while coordinating the design, installation, and start-up of new production lines and plant infrastructure. It requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while driving engineering improvements for capacity and efficiency.
