Engineering Manager

Under the direction of management, this role exercises responsibility for executing Engineering strategies and tactical plans across Astemo sites. The position develops priorities and objectives in cooperation with site management teams and oversees implementation while serving as a corporate resource to all Engineering staff. The role involves independent judgment, process improvement, and coordination with vendors and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
