Engineering - Precast Formwork Checker

This role involves leading the advanced checking of erection and mechanical drawings to ensure clarity, accuracy, and safety while providing mentorship to drafting staff. The position contributes to the continuous improvement of EFCO’s drafting and engineering standards and serves as a key resource between warehouse, engineering, and project teams. Responsibilities include training district drafters, reviewing mechanical drawings for manufacturing, and overseeing drafting workflows when needed.
