Engineering Project Manager

The role is part of the Global Engineering Team and is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of capital expenditure projects at the New Century manufacturing plant, managing budgets of €5‑20 million, leading plant transformation, brownfield, and decarbonisation initiatives, and ensuring projects are completed on time, in full, and within budget. The position collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and finance stakeholders and may require travel to US and Canadian sites.
