Engineering Project Manager

This role leads the execution of capital expenditure projects worth between €5 million and €20 million at the New Century, Kansas manufacturing plant, ensuring they are completed on time, in full, and within budget. The position drives transformation and continuous improvement by enhancing manufacturing efficiency, decarbonization, and business continuity. It requires strong project management skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects that support operational excellence and food quality.
