About this role

The role leads design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of large natural gas engine products for oil and gas applications within Caterpillar's Large Power Systems Division. It provides engineering leadership across CPI, NTI, and NPI initiatives, managing budgets, projects, and cross‑functional teams while ensuring product performance, quality, cost, and customer requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
