Engineering Tech

The Engineering Tech is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property through basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting work. This role involves monitoring and maintaining pool health codes, completing maintenance requests, and participating in preventive maintenance programs for building equipment and guest rooms. The position also requires assisting with special projects and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
