This dual product/customer focused position acts as a technical liaison between the Cummins field service organization and the Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing organizations to proactively identify, define, and prioritize product issues and to implement both short-term and long-term solutions. The role involves investigating product test system and process problems, applying problem-solving processes, and collaborating with technical experts to implement final product resolutions. It also includes supporting service channel preparation, large-scale development projects, and problem resolution for moderately complex components.
