Engineer/Senior Engineer – T&D Standards

AES is seeking an Engineer or Senior Engineer to join the T&D Standards team, where you will develop and maintain engineering, design, and construction standards for substation, transmission, and distribution systems. The role involves creating equipment specifications, performing site visits to troubleshoot failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align work practices across AES Indiana and Ohio.
