The Enrollment RN at Seen Health supports the organization’s PACE model by evaluating prospective participants and coordinating enrollment-related reviews with clinical and state partners. The role is part of the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) team and contributes to Seen Health’s mission to provide culturally competent, home- and community-based care for older adults.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BSN (Preferred)
- DHCS Marketing Training & Certification
- Valid State Driver's License
- Vehicle Insurance
