Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective PACE Georgia participants, guiding them through the enrollment process from first inquiry through program entry. This role gathers demographic, medical, insurance, and financial information to determine eligibility and coordinates assessments and documentation. The position also involves building relationships with participants, families, and referral sources while representing the program at community outreach events.
