The Enterprise Account Manager (Life Sciences Manufacturing) is a strategic, consultative seller responsible for expanding MasterControl’s footprint across existing pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech and CDMO customers. The role focuses on driving site-by-site adoption, cross-sell and upsell of MES, QMS, AI and analytics solutions while partnering with executive sponsors to develop digital manufacturing roadmaps. This position emphasizes measurable business value, collaboration with customer success and professional services, and building long-term enterprise relationships to enable platform-wide transformation.
