Enterprise Marketing Manager, Japan

The Enterprise Marketing Manager, APAC will be the first dedicated marketing hire for Couchbase’s Japan market, responsible for executing and localizing integrated marketing programs to drive brand awareness and enterprise pipeline growth. This mid-level individual contributor role partners closely with Japan sales and regional/global marketing teams to adapt global strategies for local execution. The role offers high visibility and potential to expand coverage across other APAC markets as the business scales.
