Enterprise PMO Lead

This role leads PEMCO's Project Management Office within Digital, AI & Technology, overseeing portfolio management, governance, and the PMO team. The position manages enterprise project intake, prioritization, and reporting while ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business strategy. It involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a consistent operating model for evaluating, approving, and delivering work across the enterprise.
