Enterprise PMO

This role leads PEMCO's Project Management Office within Digital, AI & Technology, overseeing portfolio management, governance, and the PMO team to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently. The position manages enterprise project intake, prioritization, and reporting while partnering with stakeholders to establish a consistent operating model for evaluating and approving work across the enterprise. It involves coaching project and program managers, maintaining delivery standards, and aligning resources to support business strategy and risk appetite.
