Enterprise Risk Officer

The Enterprise Risk Officer manages midlevel ICAAP/RP and ERM functions, overseeing the maintenance of archives and evolving spreadsheet models for capital adequacy and stress testing. This role involves monitoring risk metrics, coordinating ICAAP/RP meetings, and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. The position requires supporting the Bank's compliance with BSP rules and contributing to the design of enterprise risk management frameworks.
