About this role
The Entity Governance Lead supports the Company Secretary Office as the primary liaison between CSL and external service providers across the UK, EU and Central/South America entities. The role reports to the Deputy Company Secretary and is a permanent, full-time single-contributor position based in Maidenhead or Liverpool. It requires on-site presence three days per week and contributes to group corporate governance within CSL Seqirus.
