The Paralegal will manage oversight and administration of Independent Boards and corporate entities for multiple registered funds within iCapital’s Evergreen Fund Services business. This role supports regulatory compliance, governance standards, and operational processes for funds subject to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. The position ensures timely execution of governance processes, preparation of board materials, and maintenance of entity records across jurisdictions.
